PAYMENT

Payment is by Paypal and you do not need an account to buy, there will be an option to pay with credit or debit card without setting up an account.

DELIVERY

We use My Hermes couriers and delivery is usually within a week of purchase. Please check your address details are up to date in Paypal as this is the address we will use. We are not liable if you provide the wrong address. Couriers will try on three consecutive days to deliver before returning to us, if this happens the customer is liable for redelivery charges. If you would prefer Royal Mail please contact us as there is a surcharge for this service.

REFUNDS

If you would like to return a product we must receive it back within 7 days of the purchase date and no postage charges will be refunded. Custom orders and personalised goods are non returnable.

SAFETY

All dolls conform to European safety regulations and carry the CE mark. They are made using safe and tested materials and are suitable from birth unless otherwise stated.
